Responsibilities：
1. Prepare the project plan according to the R & D tasks formulated by the company;
2. Research and development of new products, and be responsible for the research and development projects (quality, schedule, cost) undertaken;
3. In accordance with the company system assessment requirements, draft the review documents for the research and development stage and the production standard operation process documents;
4. Assist in completing other related tasks, such as product registration, daily work of the department, and other tasks explained by the leader;


Job requirements：
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above in chemistry, biomedicine, biochemistry and other related majors;
2. Familiar with the principles of inspection instruments, be proficient in operating various inspection instruments, such as biochemical analyzers, blood cell analyzers, and have better experience in biosensor research;
3. Familiar with various office software, such as Word, Excel, etc .;
4. English level 4 or above, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and able to consult professional literature and materials independently;
5. Agile thinking, strong self-learning and hands-on ability, able to bear hardships and stand hard work, and have good communication and collaboration skills.
6. Fresh graduates with excellent master degree in biochemistry related majors are also acceptable.
